📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee data using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as BambooHR or Workday
- Process payroll using software like PayrollPlus or Xero
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related role
- Proficient in using HRIS and payroll software
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
