📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our retail presence in Bali.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify high-potential sites.
• Negotiate site acquisitions and leases with landlords and property owners.
• Manage a portfolio of retail sites, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, including developers, landlords, and retail partners.
• Monitor and report on site performance and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of site acquisition and portfolio planning specialists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail portfolio management or site acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful site acquisitions and leasing negotiations.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry in Bali and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, CoStar) is a plus.
